Sustainability is a broad concept, primarily based on restoring the balance between anthropological growth and ecosystems. It is a collective issue, rising steeply due to overconsumption, often caused by a lack of awareness. Therefore, awareness is the key to action.
It All Starts With You is a platform that brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds; from experts in the field to students, professionals, and curious consumers; to collectively tackle the issue of environmental sustainability.
Our goals are Self-awareness, Action, and Consumer-awareness.
The idea of suddenly changing a lifestyle is often nerve-wracking, therefore, our focus, lies in working the way up by tackling small household habits. We aim to build a community of inquisitive minds that support each other through peer-to-peer education.

Plogging
Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up litter (Swedish: plocka upp). It started as an organised activity in Sweden around 2016 and spread to other countries in 2018, following increased concern about plastic pollution.
Our founder Sanyam Bajaj initiated his first plogging run in Feb 2018 in Retiro Park, Madrid. The vast community support during the run led him to organise several others across Spain, Germany, Belgium and France throughout 2018.
